Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Terms
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch has been completed and before production starts.
If cancellation is approved before the order is shipped, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Orders that have already been released to the carrier cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days after delivery.
Returned products must satisfy the following requirements:
The item must be unused and remain in its original condition.
All original packaging must be returned with the item.
A valid order confirmation or purchase proof must be provided.
Please contact customer support before sending any return shipment. Return instructions must be provided first and followed properly.
Customers will not pay more than one total shipping fee, including original shipping and return shipping where applicable.
No restocking fee will apply.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, an email confirmation will be sent once the return review is complete.
You will be notified whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, typically within several business days depending on the payment provider.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not arrived:
Review your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider, as posting may require additional time.
Contact your bank, since refund timelines may vary.

Return Shipping
After the return is approved, instructions will be sent.
Returns caused by personal preference or customer-related reasons may require the customer to pay return shipping.
For damaged products, defective items, or incorrect deliveries, return shipping costs will be covered.
