Parcel Delivery Guidelines

Order Processing

Most paid orders are processed, packed, and shipped within five business days.

After dispatch, delivery generally requires 10–20 business days, depending on carrier conditions and destination.

Shipping schedules may be affected by:

• Customs checks or clearance requirements
• Transportation network delays
• Weather-related or operational issues

We appreciate your patience if delivery takes longer than expected.

Tracking Details

Tracking information will be sent automatically after shipment.

Customers may use the tracking number with standard shipping tracking platforms.

Shipping Charge

A flat international shipping fee of $2.99 USD is applied to each order.

Address Update Requests

Shipping address updates must be received before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order date.

After processing begins, corrections may no longer be possible.

Different Billing and Delivery Address

Customers may choose a delivery address different from the billing address.

Order Processing Days

Orders are handled Monday through Friday only, excluding public holidays.

Weekend orders are usually processed the next business day.

Warehouse and Manufacturing Shipping

Products may be shipped from regional warehouses or directly from manufacturing facilities depending on inventory.
