FAQ – Checkout, Returns & Store Support

Placing an Order

Add the products you wish to buy to your cart.
Continue to checkout through PayPal or the standard checkout page.
Provide your email, full name, and full delivery address.
Enter your discount code in the Discount field if you have one.
Review shipping details → submit payment information → select Complete Order.

Once checkout is complete, an order confirmation will appear on screen and be sent automatically by email.

Wrong or Missing Items

Please contact customer support with the following:

Your order number
A clear photo under 1MB showing the problem

After confirmation, the correct item will be shipped free of charge.

Confirming Your Purchase

Your order confirmation email contains your order number and purchase details. If the message is not visible, please check your spam or junk folder.

Updating Order Details

Requests to change an order must be sent before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is placed.

After this deadline, processing may prevent further changes.

View Cart: Open the shopping cart icon
Change Quantity: Update the Quantity field
Remove Products: Select Remove

Order Cancellation
